Information:

This is Ms. Schroeder's 4th year at Willow Elementary.  After starting the Counseling Program in Fall of 2020, she continues to develop and expand the program.  This year she will continue working with your students in three main areas; academics, social/emotional, and career and college and helping them begin to develop their ICAP (Individual Career and Academic Plans). 

 

She will work with students in small and large groups, in classroom lessons, in larger grade level/school wide projects, and one on one as the need arises.
